Art from 2020 is being updated, and will soon reflect the new dates
Anthro SouthEast (ASE) is an annual convention that takes place in the scenic city of Chattanooga, TN. 2018 was ASE's first year. We had 605 attendees and raised an impressive $3,650 for our charity, Pet Placement Center of Tennessee. In 2019 we exceeded all expectations with 1005 attendees and we raised $5,000 for our amazing charity.
Anthro SouthEast’s goal / mission is to create a safe environment for convention attendees. While ASE’s prime demographic are those of the Anthropomorphic persuasion, ASE welcomes those of other fandoms as well.
Due to Covid-19, Anthro SouthEast 2020 has been postponed to 2021. ASE 2021 will have a plethora of events including: a fursuit dance competition, costume contest, car show, nightly raves, fursuit games, tons of panels, and a few surprises! The city of Chattanooga has plenty to offer in addition to ASE’s events, including the Tennessee Aquarium, scenic walking / biking paths, city tours, water tours, and dozens of chain and local only restaurants to choose from.
Guests of Honor:
FurBakery and Madshy
FurBakery is a fulltime fursuit maker and freelance illustrator. She is highly inspired by tropical and warm environments and enjoys all things Summer! Petting all the dogs is her thing and reflects that in her art!
Kimmy Artis aka Madshy, ShyShy. Mads, Maddie, or just..Shy, is a freckle faced, tangled- maned, bespectacled animated character who struggles with gravity.
She has been drawing since her tiny fingers first gripped a pencil and she spends an inordinate amount of time (give or take 20 plus years) drawing silly cute animals. She loves to write poetry and plans to become a published author someday.
Nowadays, she resides in Florida, still drawing adorable animals, creating handmade stuffed animals and surviving on a diet of vegetable Pad Thai, egg rolls and croutons (preferably garlic flavor).
